These terms are an agreement between you and my Typing Quest. By creating an account you accept them.
Accounts are for parents and guardians (18+ or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for your children's use of my Typing Quest and for keeping your password and your children's PINs safe.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment details. After the trial, lessons pause until a parent chooses a paid plan: $9 per month or $69 per year. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing in your account, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund requests: [refund policy to be confirmed before launch].
Your children's progress belongs to your family. You can download or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep my Typing Quest available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Typing skill varies by child, and we can't guarantee particular results.
You can delete your account at any time from Family settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
